The Kashrut Division of the London Beth Din (LBD) is the leading UK authority on Jewish Dietary Laws. It operates under the aegis of The Court of the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth and has offices in the UK, Belgium, Singapore, Australia and Israel.
The Kashrut Division is the largest single department of the London Beth Din, encompassing licensing of over 100 caterers, bakeries, restaurants, food manufacturers, bonbonnieres, delis and shops, supervision of some 3000 catered events per year, and certification of almost 700 factories worldwide.
